Glad to hear that you have found peace. Fighting anxiety only makes it worse so by accepting it for what it is and moving forward is great. If you need any more support or tips please drop us an email at; sarah@nopanic.org.uk

I have experienced psuedo hallucination and nightmare dreams. I would like to tell you some things. This condition will go away gradually.it’s very hard to not to think about our illness while suffering but atleast we can try. I oftnely got anxious about whether am I turning into a psychotic patient & why I am experiencing this. After gaining some perspective by talking to my psychiatrist and reading exaustively about these disorders, I have came to conclusion that ‘ Acceptance is the way forward’. We just have to accept that we have condition and move slowly forward. Many times we got stuck in the thought process of denial of facts and we keep questioning to ourself like how this happened to me or do I have dangerous future with this disorder. But this will ultimately make you anxious and left you confused. So just keep in mind these are not life threatning disorders at all. These are temporary conditions and definitely fade away. Live it.Love it. Enjoy it
